4.研究 – 本地婦女神學、女性靈修與相關社會議題
5.網絡 –與國內外從事婦女關懷的宗教及民間團體聯繫合作

Mission:
Awaken and strengthened by faith reflection, striving to promote the rights, dignity and equal partnership of women, as well as participation in other justice actions which women concern.
Goal:
Based on a feminist Scriptural praxis:
Reflection – Evaluation - Action
to integrate Feminism and Christian faith, awaken through awaking consciousness, in mutual service, gradually establish justice in Church and society
Method:
1. Build [reflection - action – evaluation] “cell groups” to promote awareness
2. Workshops/conferences on gender issues in the Church and society
3. Publication of regular newsletter, booklets, and other materials
4. Resource center on feminist theology, spirituality and women’s social concerns
3. Collaboration with Church agencies and NGOs on actions for justice for women
Current projects:
1. Divorce issue for Church people
2. Respect Life (beyond [Pro-Life vs. Pro-Choice] approach and on other areas)
3. Feminist theology and spirituality conference/workshop/Movie appreciation
4. International exchange and collaboration on Faminist Theological Issues
5. Women’s stories (listening, collecting, and writing)

一. 本會會員分下列二種
1.會員：
1) 凡贊同本會宗旨，關心兩性平等與婦女關注的正義議題，運用女性神學做反省與行動之女性或男性。
2) 定期繳納會費，並按照各人能力自由奉獻，協助細胞團體及秘
書處自養所需經費。
2. 贊助會員：
1) 凡贊同本會宗旨工作之團體或個人。
2) 以祈禱、專才、財物、時間、尋找捐助來源方式，協助團
體運作發展者。
二. 本會會員之權利如下：
（參考協會章程第二章第八條）
第二章第八條：會員（會員代表）有表決權、選舉權、被選舉權與罷免權，每一會員（會員代表）為一權。
三. 本會會員之義務如下：
1.參加各地區細胞團體之聚會。
2.每年至少參加一次本會所舉辦之靈修、講習及反省進修活動。
3.遵守本會之章程及決議。
4.擔任本會所委託之任務。
5.按期繳納會費。﹝入會費：500元 年會費：1500元﹞
四. 本會贊助會員有權利參加本會所舉辦之各項活動，但無第二條1、2、4之權利
與第三條1、3、4之義務。
五. 欲加入本會者，首先由一名會員介紹參加地區細胞團體聚會，作初步了解。願成為正式會員，需填寫申請書，由地區細胞團體推薦，經常務理事會通過成為預備會員。
六. 預備會員之培育包括：(1) 參與地區細胞團體聚會至少十次或至少一年 (2)參與全台性之講習會/研討會/訓練營至少一次 (3)按興趣程度閱讀有關「婦女關懷」的書籍資訊 (4)照本人生活方式許可參與具體行動。
七. 預備會員得出席會員大會觀察。
八. 預備團員滿全第六條之四項條件中之三項者可申請成為正式會員，經地區細胞團體及常務理事會評估通過，在地區細胞團體或全體大會等適當時機宣誓、簽同意書。(在地區細胞團體宣誓者需有其他地區及常務理事列席參與)。
九. 正式會員參與繼續培育並每兩年重新宣誓。
